James Irwin is more than a deck builder. His talents have extended into numerous projects that we have worked together on in the past 10 years: Foundation to finish construction of a new home, a home remodel, an expansion bridge, and both my personal residence as well as my downtown office. While all were challenging James performed consistently with a combination of expertise, design sensibility and care. I am looking forward to working with him again. |

It has been such a great pleasure working with James and his team over the last several years. First of all, his honesty is second to none. Coming from the service industry, I can tell you that relationships are the most important aspect of a business. James is truly a man of his word. From the initial meeting with him to the completion of the project, James is the most professional contractor I have ever dealt with. He has an amazing network of professional contractors that work with and for him. His team truly built the best patio I have ever seen for our home. His ideas also were so innovative. We never could have imagined the kind of work that James dreamed for us. He cared for our home as it was his own. That tells me how much pride he takes in the work that he and his team perform.
We have had so many people comment on the work that he did for us. I am always so thrilled to refer him to friends and colleagues. I am eagerly looking forward to his latest project for us, because I know that it will again be the focus of many conversations in the future in terms of its quality, workmanship and beauty.

I have worked with James as both a customer as well as a general contractor on large scale landscape design projects. I have found James to be the consummate professional with great vision and attention to detail. I have always been thrilled with the end product which is why I called James when I needed a dramatic arched bridge to span a large creek bed for a project which will air on HGTV's Landscaper's Challenge. The bridge was the center point of the design and James executed perfectly. If you are looking for quality and someone to go the extra mile, look no further. |
